anybody here own a Fletcher fsc cutter?

anybody here own a Fletcher fsc cutter?
I need to ask you some questions about this cutter. I have a few issues that you may be able to help me with

Well I called the Fletcher company this morning and they have a technical rep and he sent me 2 pdf files... 1 for squaring the cutter and another for aligning the laser. I am greatful to be able to get those but wonder why they would not include them in the packaging of the unit...weird. So now all my troubles are gone....or are they? booowahhhh

The laser on ours seems to go out of whack quite often. No one around here says they have kicked it or knocked it so I can only assume it goes out all by itself......

We really don't use the laser all that much.

Being square is important... to a point. You can always mount the panel on an angle...... LOL

Thats hat I have been ding and thought...wait a minute I paid 3 grand for this thing and it cuts crooked!!! wtf lol
