Sorry to hear about the trouble. We respect 365 as a fellow wholesaler. We generally hear they do a really good job with errors (which we all have in the business).
Would have been nice if they did. I've been a screen printer my entire career. I make mistakes, I make them right even if it costs me. They got paid for what ended up in my dumpster.
