Just to put my input in - I get these e-mails 24/7.
While I would never discriminate based on what your first language is - it's very rare for me to get well written and perfectly grammatically correct e-mails from scammers. Most of them aren't based in the US (because they would get arrested for the fraud they're trying to commit), and therefore they will likely not speak English as a first language.
The "I will love to have called you" is a clear indication to me that they're not just "some dude" from another state trying to order something.
If someone:
Isn't local enough to make sense (I don't know why someone in CA would purchase from me in NC.)
Uses awkward grammar ("I will like to place an order")
Wants you to ship it using "their freight" (Normal people will say "yeah, use UPS like a normal person")
Doesn't look like a normal e-mail/text order
It's a scam 9 times out of 10 if all those things are true.
