The Colex will not like to see this coming. I'd go oscillatng knife and a slower feed rate. Also I'd turn on overcut compensation. I hope this helps.

It’s all about your print!
I'd Route that with a 4mm bit. 3mm if you want a little more detail. Not really worth it in by opinion for the little bit of detail you get with a knife.
You can oscillate knife cut, but it'll take forever and you need to make sure you eliminate overcuts or every inside cut is going to have an overcut.

I'd try a very narrow profile oscillating blade if that's an option...and try doing a reverse side cut so the final artwork has the cleanest facade, I've never had to do it on printed work but I do it on raw material when cutting out letters or shapes and I need to hide crosscuts
