Wouldn't routing eliminate the sharp curves in the design?I'd Route that with a 4mm bit. 3mm if you want a little more detail. Not really worth it in by opinion for the little bit of detail you get with a knife.
You can oscillate knife cut, but it'll take forever and you need to make sure you eliminate overcuts or every inside cut is going to have an overcut.
Ohhh, if only we could tell the clients what to want. It IS complicated, but not impossible. Just charge them appropriately for making their dream product a reality. It's too complicated. I would simplify it a bunch and put it on something that's more rigid than Ultra board. Unless you're doing thousands of them it's not even worth it. People have way too big of expectations when it comes to the stuff.
Might as well run a 1mm bit. 3/16" should be fine.I'd Route that with a 4mm bit. 3mm if you want a little more detail. Not really worth it in by opinion for the little bit of detail you get with a knife.
