Let me know your thoughts. Im totally puzzled on this one.

Make Fast Cash smaller or the panel larger, needs to breathe more.

I can't say why, but I want the tire to be on the rear. Maybe small ones on the front and larger in the back.

I'm going to be honest. I don't like it that much. Not that it's a bad design. It's just sparking a fire.. I think once you do some color it might fix that for me.. b

Definitely needs a small wheel on the back.
Choose a dollar sign that looks more like a dollar sign and less like an S.
I'd try it without any panel or bottom platform at all, with the fast cash off to the right.

For being "fast" cash - it doesn't convey that it's moving. Which I assume is the eventual outcome.

Big wheels in the back with small wheels in the front - Kinda like a drag car. Maybe some speed lines trailing out the left to give it that - going somewhere look -
