In southern Ontario to be more specific,where do you buy vinyl by the yard?

I guess what i'm looking for is a store that i could walk in and pick out a few colors to try out. guess I'll need some maskin and any other tools?

I'm thinkin of tryin to letter a couple windows on my cousins truck.
