Hello to everyone,
I have a cj 500 that has started to drop color(s)
I've replaced both heads, capping station,all dampners and pump
If i send a print 12" wide it prints perfect
then the same print blow it up to 24" wide it print 3/4 of the print then drops colors seams to be all from right head.
If i then take the same image and blow it up to 48" in width
it only prints about 3" of the print and then if i pause and do a regular cleaning and then procede with the print, it prints another 3" perfect and then drops again in the same place can any one help i've talked to a few techs. on the phone and there ??????
