Hi I have a Roland true vis 540. I’ve calibrated the cut and it’s almost perfect. But when I send a file to cut the cut is always off. Could someone help me fix this Thank you.

I also had a VS 540. You refer to print then cut? I fought this for years. Dumb fix for mine. Always justify print to left (home) side. Never center justify.

I use a strip of vinyl upside down ( sticky side up ) under each roller in turn and slowly pull it out of the front the the machine with the power switched off. This cleans the dust and other contaminants off the rollers
Your rollers are probably getting hard and less grippy, and when you cut the force of the blade makes the roll of vinyl get pushed about a small amount

You upset that I gave him an honest answer or you just want him to fester in his own mess ??
Yes, it's a kinda easy fix, but he's not having any luck. Just call a tech and stop losing money while its down and the tech will fix it immediately

As Cornholio said, check for cracks. But I too found that once my rollers got old replacing them did wonders for cut accuracy. They didn't look bad but maybe were misshapen over time or just lost their grip. Mine would get off by 1/8-1/4 of an inch sometimes cutting something only a yard long. After replacing the rollers I could cut accurately for several yards.

With the truevis, Roland put stronger springs into the pinch roller holders. I replaced many, if not most of those holders. Just replacing the rollers wont help.
