Driver for Valuejet 1604

Hi,
we want to buy a Valuejet 1604. Now my Question, can i use this machine without a RIP??? (like HP Designjet 5500)

No, it has to be networked to a RIP. The "driver" is a virtual printer port but you cannot print directly through it.

Flexi (PhotoPrint), Wasatch 6.2, or Onyx 7.0 are the only RIPs I'm aware of that are compatible with the ValueJet at this time...
