Fellers alternative

I have a job to do some large windows with Avery Etchmark, need 60" wide. I quoted it using Fellers buying it by the yard. Now it's not in stock. Anyone have an alternative supplier that sells by the Yard?

that's odd, it says 48" is in stock by the yard through Fellers.
most distributors have moved-away from by the yard pricing, but Midwest Sign & Screen still supplies us with by the yard vinyls.
...and we use 3M's frosted/dusted crystal. idk if they have Avery.

I thought Grimco bought Midwest. Did they not buy all their locations or something?

Yeah, most distributors require a 10 yard minimum now. Check around with some of the distributors others have / will suggest. But if you're in a pinch and can't find any -- look for alternative online resellers (aka retail). It will cost more per yard, but less expensive than committing to a roll. Alternatively, check with other sign shops in your area and see if you can buy some from them (if you're lucky).

Agreed. No telling how old that stock is. Might get lucky, might get burned. I've seen vinyl that customers purchased on Amazon (expecting me to install it) -- always packaged horribly. Tunnel city. (I always decline those jobs, of course)
