Flat Silver Vinyl

I am looking for a flat or dull silver vinyl that will take either screen print ink or eco-sol ink. It is for an antique Boats and Buoys gauge panel if that is any help.

how about just a matte/satin overlam?

Hmm... did not think of that. I will try some Krylon matte sprayable clear on some printable chrome I have laying around. If that turns out I will get some matte lam. Not sure the stuff in the can will take the outdoor abuse like a good lam.
