I would guess that is times new roman, customized, using an inline and squaring off the c & g tops so they don't slant.

EDIT....... VDOC is correct. My attachment is of "times"........ yes I sometimes make things too complicated for my own good...... : )

Yet another example of a designer creating a logo without channel letters in mind.
Have to beef-up the strokes drastically for LED.
