Font Ident help

Hey guys & gals, got my first project for practice. I'm excited to learn and the first thing I've learned is that font Identification is a little rough. Anyone mind giving a hand finding this and some tips for the future? I think I need to start downloading fonts like crazy to build a collection.

it looks very familiar, but i can't think of the name....i'll take a look at what i have and see if something comes up...
