Gold Leaf + Hand Lettering in CO Oregon?

I'm looking for someone to do some gold leaf and hand lettering in Central Oregon—if anyone does such a thing. What's the best way to locate someone? Every shop I've called just comments on how that's "old school."

I had a guy call a couple years ago, he had been calling every sign shop looking for someone to gold leaf, probably called 50 before he got to me, when I said Yes, I did hand gilding he was like "No sh*t?! Turned out he had a 1963 Chaparral race car they had finished restoring and wanted to match the original gold leaf meatballs on it.
