That "R" is the giveaway me thinks.

Looks like a home-made version of BERTHOLD to me Colin. "Le Bastardo" I think is the name for these types.

Well, the "J" and the "M" are definitely a match with "Berthold Diagonal"....everthing else has been made up of other fonts and/or hand drawn. In fact, there's a good chance this whole word has been hand drawn or hand-cut from film.

Just so nobody spends any more time on this, I've decided to just clean-up the scanned image. It sure is a poor design (done by another sign shop) but it's what he's stuck with.
