Robert, I think what many people here are eluding to is...... the simple fact, this is commonly known as brown nosing. Regardless of your intentions, your methods or the words you choose, it's still brown nosing. Like he said, it's not a natural way of doing business. Period. One can say it is, but it's not. And not because I just said so, but look at 99% of your readers reactions. Are you paying attention ?? Are you listening to what's being said ?? Are you ignoring the obvious ??

Lip service is cheap and thanking someone for nonsense is very condescending. I'm glad you are a paying Merchant Member, but I've been asking since the beginning of your being here for some credentials and all you say is......you worked in a sign shop, helped another sign shop get big and worked in a supply house.

You know, the janitor that worked at Microsoft in the late 80s could put on his resume that he "helped Microsoft get big".

Or.... Big John had a small sign shop. His wife Mary sold tupperware. She helped John a bit cleaning up his shop in the evenings. They used large tupperware trash cans in the sign shop. John died and Mary became a merchant member here selling tupperware
She talks about sign shop waste disposal and charges 250. 00 to review your shop needs and sets up any sign shop with all kinds of Tupperware products. She calls herself the Sign Shop product specialist. Not too far from a familiar situation .

B2B reviews are stupid. You're praising someone for doing what they're supposed to do. Word of mouth and personal recommendations is where it's at.

Some clients can be an absolute delight. Last week I was doing bit of a complicated task. I had to take a photo of my clients stone benchtop and reproduce the image on glass (exact match) for a splashback. My client must have been happy with the work as when she came to pick up the samples, she left a big box of chocolates for me.

Had a local client come in this morning, placed an order for his printing company for 100 coros and some banners the other day. Got them done a little earlier than planned for him. He came in with a box of Dunkin Donuts and a full box of coffee with all the fixins! Gotta love that. My crew was quite happy to say the least. :D
Well, I just did some cut vinyl decals (a rush job) for a local brewing company. He just now picked up his decals and brought us two 32oz cans of beer! :D
