Help Looking for Art Gallery

Has anyone seen this image in a Collection before. My customer wants some signs made with this little guy on it but the company that made the hats and shirts is not open any more. I thought I saw him before but I can't find it. If anyone knows where to get this guy form it would ba a huge help.

It doesn't look like it would be too bad to vectorize the image.

OR

You can do it old school and get some rubylithe (sp?) and trace with an exacto then scan in the different parts - then vectorize.

I have tried to vectorize on my end but to no success. With it being on a hat its hard to get a good image to start with.

It needs to be drawn, not vectorized from a photo.
