Help! Recharging rockhopper 38

Also know as a falcon outdoor jr.
I just did an extensive tune up including replacement of:
pump
capping station
both print heads
and all dampers.
Not sure how to recharge the system to get started again.
tried pulling some through the new capping station to fill the dampers but a can't sence any vacuum. Is there some procedure or do i have a leak?

wet the cap with some cleaning solution and try again.

There is a "Filling" option from the control panel. If you don't have a maintenance manual, PM me for one.

capping suction

Ok so i wet the cap with no result.
Did the filling routine.

Finally switched out the upper portion of the new capping station with the old one.

And was able to get ink flowing.
is there any way to adjust these things or ?
