OK is definitely a mainboard problem. Your black channel is getting the signal to fire at the wrong time. This is either down to the head transistors or part of the transistor circuit ( there is more to it than just testing the transistors themselves ) or the main chip is damaged. It also looks like the black channel is very blocked.
If the fuse is blowing you also have a short somewhere in the head circuit. This could also be down to a bad head so from the look of it you have more than one issue.
I do mainboard repairs if you want it looking at properly
Hello DamonCA21, I'm back at it again. Jim Hancock suggested that I speak to you about this mainboard issue I may have. Last I spoke to you I had a few things going on. I have installed in-line glass fuses to f2 and f3. I have attached a pic of what my roland versacamm sp-300v printer is doing now.

Hi that is a problem with either the transistors or the head control circuit. The head is being given the signal to turn on and off at the wrong times which is why it is overprinting in the wrong place.
I can do repairs for this if you sent the board to me
