Hello DamonCA21, I'm back at it again. Jim Hancock suggested that I speak to you about this mainboard issue I may have. Last I spoke to you I had a few things going on. I have installed in-line glass fuses to f2 and f3. I have attached a pic of what my roland versacamm sp-300v printer is doing now.OK is definitely a mainboard problem. Your black channel is getting the signal to fire at the wrong time. This is either down to the head transistors or part of the transistor circuit ( there is more to it than just testing the transistors themselves ) or the main chip is damaged. It also looks like the black channel is very blocked.
If the fuse is blowing you also have a short somewhere in the head circuit. This could also be down to a bad head so from the look of it you have more than one issue.
I do mainboard repairs if you want it looking at properly
