How can I remove the contour outline from print, but keep it for the cut path?

Take this example picture.

I want to print the entire picture
but contour cut where the red line is

So I select that red circle layer and choose Effects->contour cut
and it selects it correctly for the cut path.

But I don't want that red circle to be printed.

So how do I delete the red circle layer or prevent it from printing after setting it as the contour path without deleting the contour path. If I try just deleting that layer, it removes the contour path as well.

cant you just send your cut line "to the back". that is how we do it on a jpg, just make the cut line and then put it behind the image, then it doesn't see it to print but is there to cut.

Change the red line to white, then and the contour to it. The software will see the cutline, but the red will not be printed.
