Okay, then you posted kinda wrong. Maybe it would benefit you to read ALL the rules and policies of this place before you jump in the deep end.

What Ronny asked is quite acceptable. Lotsa 'gimme people' lurk in this place. They're not wanted. You came across like that.
Also, you weren't at all clear about your needs and/or wants. In your head, it made sense..... I guess, but not exactly to anyone else. id you notice the first buncha posts were about what you were after ?? You're terrible with your communication skills. Hang out for a while before you start calling people names or get your panties all bunched up.

Okay let me start over. I would like to hire an artist or like to know where to get in touch with an artist that can draw Casper riding on Nightmare, but I need Nightmare to be on slicks doing a burnout. I need this logo to go on a drag car that I'm building, any help will be appreciated.

What kind of help? Boudica did it for you in post #6 She probably has a PayPal account you can pay her with.

All the artists I know that work with that kind of stuff mostly do NSFW type art, knocks out a few people as it's a licensed/trademarked character. Then again, I don't think I have seen Casper nor a horse wearing any pants.

Typically you find an artist by checking out their portfolio and seeing if they have a style you want. You then hire them and dial in the details of what you want done, revisions, etc. Having people make art for you to then decide on isn't worth the time of the artist as there is no commitment to pay. It's like when companies do design contests, the only winner is the company.
