If you register your machine and join the Mutoh Club, you can login with the Mutoh Club credentials. Unfortunately if you want to get into the tech side of things, dealers and techs aren't allowed to give theirs out. I think you might be able to do the firmware on the user end of things though but I haven't tried yet. You can also contact your dealer and see if they'll do a remote session with you to get what you need but they may charge.

Does anyone own a working version of MSA for vj628? I need to replace the printhead and add a HEAD RANK.
I found a version 4.1.7.0 here, but the password (3/lt) doesn't fit.
Maybe someone owns the version 4.1.5.0 or 4.1.9.0?

Hi, I didn't understand where to enter the rank. The printer has only two buttons and there is no screen in it (as on other 1204,1324 models...).
I see only 2 ways: use the MSA utility or connect the jig panel to the motherboard (450$, It may no longer be in production).
