No, not quite. Everything that you mentioned in those would be instantly recognizable and easy to have in software, don't print that. This right now, as we have already seen, quite a few parts that would have no issue in their application share a lot of geometry of parts that would be no-no. Both get blocked.they did this to copiers 25 years ago
you can't copy currency, bearer bonds, etc
you simply use an older machine (the law firms went crazy for the first year or two, because detecting notary seals, etc made MANY documents forbidden that should not have been
Also, what it is blocking is very well defined (currency, bearer bonds etc), with 3D printing, this will be an ever expanding list, so it's dynamic, not fixed. Very broad in scope versus the very well defined scope of the copier example.
