it looks capping station problem

hello to all, a few weeks ago i installed a complete capping station into a mutoh blizzard and now 3 print heads are not ( printing ) i use a syringe to draw ink from the lines but, I only draw air. any suggestions. all the dampers have ink.

It could be the pump.

If you are not getting a seal it is probably the Alignment of the capping station.

You can check it with a flashlight, though you might have to remove the wiper plate.
You can also 'paint' the caps with ink, cap the carriage - MANUALLY lower the cap plate and move the head down to left side and look at the bottom of the heads and see where the caps are touching the bottom of the heads.
