How often do you guys/gals replace your dampers and cap tops?

Do you replace only when you notice a print issue? Or replace annually (preventive maintenance)?

How often do you run your print test to check for deflections, etc? What are the test prints revealing?

it depends on your print quantity, as normal, when the printing is irregular or there are any leaks of ink system.
the damper or cap top need changed.

Cap top - when I suspect an issue. As a rule I change the dampers annually.

My two magenta dampers are getting replaced as i type this. Im kinda enjoying this down time, they are also replacing the print head and capping station.
