Keeping tabs on employees

My boss, besides a graphic shop owns a paint & body shop - in front of his desk -in full view.... are these two windows that look out into the body shop - he has been wanting to put window perf up on the shop side so he can watch the employees and keep tabs. I was thinking something fun because he is not to serious about it but likes the idea -......... FUN....any ideas???????? I am not asking for a layout - just a theme maybe? or something the guys in the shop would get a kick out of
