In states where it's legal yes. The shops are everywhere, just walk on in and a bud tender will help you find the style and strain you want. You do have to be 21.
It's not legal in every state though.

Was in Oahu for Christmas - didn't get a chance to stop at any sign shops. Traffic and parking were not on my 5-star rating.
