Sorry to Hijack, do any of the Chinese lasers have roll to roll, auto graphic alignment, and extraction for Vinyl cutting?

Looking for a high speed laser cutter for Large runs of vinyl decals and acrylic plate marking.

Vinyl is iffy on laser as it contains PVC that when burned causes deadly toxic gasses and also corrosive gasses to the machine.

Which is why it needs an extraction unit for the Chlorine gas... A lot of German, Austrian, and Swiss units have them I just didn't know if there are any chinese manufacturers that do.
