I like the first one. it looks good and can be done in black & white when needed. I like the communication of the family in the hands as it says "we take care of the whole family" very nicely. without any words, the idea of it is still very clear. nice job and the re-do of the original logo to a new look.

The first one in your latest version, but I would make the kids in the middle.
The parents look as if they are having one of those "silent" arguments and only holding hands because they have to.
A is too close to R in "PRAC"
