it looks like an auto-trace of a bad picture of a font. there are lots of bits that look super familiar, but then they don't match other parts.

i would grab something that's similar and make it look right.

Found a font with the weird serifs, not the same but I'll see if they will accept it

A couple of letters don't match but it may be as close as you're going to get.

Thanks guys, I went with Magellan. It's pretty close for most of the letters. Sure looks better now.
