Mimaki CG-130FX calibrating problem

MORO

I have a CG-130FX plotter an the problem I have is that the plotter cuts not accurately. For example, if I cut a rectangle of 100x150cm the cut is 2mm to short over the total length. Can I calibrate the plotter?

Thank you

Yes, you can adjust the cut length. I noticed this was happening with longer things to cut, so I looked into it and it looked too complicated for me to figure out so found my own method by cutting in lengths no longer than 3feet ish at a time. But it is in the Operations Manual Pg. 3.9 to 3.11.

shouldn't it be a single potentiometer, perhaps 2?

No big deal, just mount media, cut the length, measure and enter the difference.
It's more or less the same with all roll cutters. Some want you to enter the absolute length(Summa), Mimaki needs the difference, others want a factor.
