I feel his pain, there is this old man(72-75) at a bar I frequent, he has this "RAT TAIL BRAID" that is about 9 inches long and 1/8 inch thick. He has about a 49 hair comb-over on the top of his head and then this rat tail.

Every time I see him, All I want to do is snip it with scissors.
