my turn... font id anyone?

I just got the second $2K rush banner order in 10 days. This one is already typeset to scale, but one line of text is acceptable, but not immaculate.

It is for a very important client I've only just begun to do business with, so to go the extra mile of buying their font to improve there banners seems in order... if I can find it.

Whatthefont.com didn't hit a match when I uploaded the 5 characters "LAND &" so I thought I'd upload the whole name & ask here.

Packard is from Optifont who doesn't sell individual fonts. You can get it under the name of Tripoli Bold from Quick Brown Fox.
