need a houston area sign builder to take a job off my hands

i've got a project from an old client that i'm just too slammed to do.

is there anyone in the houston area that wants to do something similar the prelim's attached. i believe it was supposed to be around 2 x 4 feet. adding some color later on. you can have it no finders fee etc.
