need help ROLAND XC540 blurry print ciyan color

Hi, i have a problem and need help? Can anyone explain whay my xc540 print blurry ciyan color? I changed the dampers and test print is clear? This started happening to me after 15m of printing.

Can you post the nozzle test? Did you also do a nozzle test from the service menu? shows more details. Looks like ink spray from the cyan head.

Yup, Looks like ink spray too much from the cyan head.
This is print test, I need to check service menu noozle test.

There is certainly some issues with the head, a good amount of deflection and there even appears to be head damage in the black, maybe from a head strike. There is a chance you'll need a new head.

Roland VP-540 Cyan overspray

I've run into a problem I haven't encountered before, and not sure what the issue is. The Cyan head seems to be producing a lot of overspray, and the alignment of the Black nozzles seems to be out of whack. I've attached a few photos, any feedback would be helpful. I've had to learn this...

Black is new head and not calibrated. I need turn screw left or right for a little. thansk for your answer

If the black is a new head, you have even bigger issues, as that head has deflection and missing nozzles. You must have had a bad head strike recently.
