A quick guess would be that it is from the Clarendon family?

I'm still searching,I'm starting to think that it is not a font but custom made.

It has to be a font...this same font was up for ID a month ago
with no success.

Well if that isn't just my luck,I get the mystery font to duplicate.lol

I'll keep looking if I find it i'll post it.
