need image vectorised..anyone do it?

can anyone give me a quote on having this vectorised? i tried the vector doc but he said he couldn't do it.

I don't think it's a matter of him not being able to do it. I think he's saying, what he would give you would not be satisfactory from the supplied artwork.

Yea, I'd recommend no one but him...so you probably will have to find a sub par computer program to interpret it.

the font SUCKS!!!! to vectorize it it will need to be REDRAWN, as for the helicopter, this thing has been recreated so many times, its has lost all detail. being a military logo, whoever did it orginally did it for free, and they had at least 4 years to work on it))))))
if you able to PAINT.........thats gona be the easiest or find a good old painter to recreate it for this job.

always makes me wonder though....they have thousands of logos/images/patches/emblums etc that they use for all the military branches, but, they never seems to be able to find disc with them on when they need something doing!....lol
