Need reminders on printer?

Here is my answer to A. being forgetful and 1. having 2 or 3 different
people running our printer.

The white board is useful for multiple runs- which is common here.
When starting a run I mark down the number of prints needed and
the media start point. When that run is done the endpoint is entered
as is the new start point. A timer is set for the approx time of the
run and when the alarm goes off (euro police siren) whoever is nearest
the printer starts another and logs the media footage- so everyone knows
how many have been printed and how many need to be printed.

The black/florescent panels are hinged and flip down into the printers
readout area as an alert that different conditions exist- IR heater off /
rewind off / Ink low- etc.

You people with memories- nevermind- you don't need this. Gene:toasting:

Same here. That's why I applied dry-erase laminate directly to the surface of the printer. I can just scribble notes on it and I don't have to worry about clutter!
