Need urgent help. As soon as change the carriage cable, there was issue

Need urgent help. As soon as change the carriage cable, there was a spark and motor error message, and some smoke came from the back side. What could it be. What do i need to do now. ?
the error is SCAN MOTOR 0010 0010.

Got the culprit. I think i fried up one of the part in the board.

That's one exploded 3 phase motor driver. That's like $7!

Hopefully nothing else got zorched in the process.

Surface mount soldering job there, need someone with special tools who does circuit board repair.

While smoke jaguar may be correct there is no way knowing exactly what has blown. It could be a resistor, capacitor or the main chip has blown. You need someone to actually check the board and test it, not just assume the motor driver has blown ( it is impossible to tell this just from your description and the error code )

That is a 15 conductor cable, I think.
turning one end upside down made 15 traces connected in the wrong place
