new blades drive me crazy!!!!

Cool! I was with Summa when you bought it. So thank you.

It might be the blade-offset, which changes slightly as the blade wears. Graphtec has a better enhanced overcut routine, but Summa is a very close second, IMO.

I wonder if any Graphtec users are having this issue. Anyone?

if the offsetchanges does that mean my registration can be slightly out?

I feel your pain. I normally can go 8+ months on a blade. I normally get it weeding great about the time it needs to be replaced, then start over again till I figure out where it needs to be. I like my ancient gerber blades the best.

I'm glad you guys through blades that long.

I go through blades weekly. But I do alot of perf cutting through the backing paper and this starts to dull blades pretty quickly.

Lucky I buy them in lots of 30.
