Let the s101 police do their work. I have nothing to hide.
During this pandemic, I have been using Zoom. Indeed, there is nothing like in person. At least Zoom is better than nothing.
Let me ask you to check this statement. See if you agree.
For a sign maker, in any conversation, it is difficult to give the other person 100% of your attention.

Check it. See if you agree. The sign making industry, by its very nature, demands a very high level of listening skills. Yet, most simply take it for granted. Gino, do you agree or ??

Exactly what profession doesnt require good listening skills?
What did you do in the “sign shop industry?” You have glanced over that little tidbit and you seem very sketchy.

He was in the listening department. Every good shop has one, they pick up the phone, listen to what your asking them a quote for and then they hang up and you never get the quote...and he did his job well.

Over 40 years in the sign making industry. I started with my own one man shop. A sign I made 35 years ago is still standing at a bandstand in Pleasanton, CA. Then I was outside sales for a mom and pop sign shop. Then I help launch a national shop called "Street Scenes Banner Company." When the Oakland A's won a World Series, I sold the huge banners that went up and down the main street to the coliseum. And finally, many years with Product Sign Supplies in San Jose, CA. I was the purchasing manager for both stores. Every day, I enjoyed productive conversations with leading sign makers. Then Glantz bought the company and I retired. Well, semi-retired. Check with Davey Glantz. Does that even come close to answering your concern? If not, I can try again.

So why wont you offer open advice here for everyone? I dont get the angle of the one on one signup.

Watch for my new thread tomorrow morning. The one on one angle is simply because everyone's situation is different. One on one is far more productive, 1% at at time. Yet, I do plan to post threads regularly. So, if that is all you look for, you will get it.

Wow, Thank you for all of your research. I was not aware of two of those items. Indeed, I took action on them. Thanks again. Now, on Google My Business. Google could shut that down with one click of a button. My approach is to say let’s exploit GMB while it is available. There is so much that can be done and very few sign makers take advantage of it. Now, on Google reviews, or any reviews, I see it as an opportunity to market the uniqueness of your shop. You can do that in how you respond to your reviews. It is a brand new marketing tool and very few take advantage of it. It is a powerful way to set your sign shop apart from all the others on the Google list, to make your shop more attractive. My threads will soon start explaining all of this. Well, again, thanks for your research.
