Old Vinyl on window (3 layers)

Hi I would like some suggestions on removing vinyl from a window ( 3' x 4') there are 3 layers on there from the past 5 years., what will will the best solution...Thanks

Razor blade and elbow grease

Glass is the easiest surface for removal
Get a wide Razor Blade Scraper, and ensure it is a new blade.

Then use Goo Off or Repid Remover for any glue residue

I like to warm it a bit, carefully. Then a razor and some juce

Also spray it down with a soapy water solution so the 4 in. razor slides easily
