Photo Poster Paper?

Hey Guys,

Have a Customer that wants a bunch of posters of photographs. Haven't done too much printing on photo paper and was wondering what the best brand and material finish you guys like. I've only tried a free sample from Roland which worked pretty well but wasn't my favorite material. Any suggestions would be awesome.

We have a Roland VS-540 with 6 color ink setup CMYKLcLm. Thanks!

We use Solvex 220g Gloss Finish photo paper for this one client. I run the files on a Mimaki JV33 set up to CMYKcm on a sixteen pass stock profile, and they come out looking really good on this material.

This actually surprises me, because every time I've used Solvex vinyl for anything it was an unqualified disaster. Go fig.

Yeah it's a pretty good product, it's a 9mil 36x100 and sells for only $65

Magic intelicoat 10 mil photorealistic paper from fellers works nice.. Think it comes in a 6 mil also if I recall
