Question Print factory colors not matching PF swatch book

May I ask if you still feel like this? Print Factory's lack of tech support having you considering switching back to Rasterlink? We were evaluating Print Factory.

what did you end up with? seriously considering the switch (from onyx). the suite of tools seems amazing. It should cut our file prep tremendously and help us open new opportunities.

Cannot recommend print factory enough. Made the switch from Caldera a little over a year ago and it has been amazing. Better color, ink savings and all the features are great. It is extremely fast and powerful. There is so much more to it than we use, but are very happy with the switch.

I curious if they have fixed not being able to view the output values sent to the printer, either within the program of by create a tif file. Also have they fixed the lack of being able to print pure primaries. I tested PF before I went with Caldera and that was the deal killer.
