Real estate skid signs - PT lumber or not?

Quit buggin' me
My only question is where did Tex park his boom lift so he could get up high enough to install those top rails?

You should of gone to Florida and asked Notareal to give you a small wood. That's the only thing he offers.

Received a RFQ for an 8x4ft corner skid sign for a national corp. Anyone done anything like this, or does it need to be posts in the ground? Found this example online, it looks pretty sketchy and tacky as well.

Just call me Chester.
That is bad on so many levels.
Posts in the ground.
We also support the back of the sign with an X made of 2x4's to add stability..

Looks good to me but less complicated to just dig in other posts, less wood also.
Could be some pipes in the way underground, so made adjustments.

Just make sure to calculate where the third leg goes with Pythagoras, don't want to redig the third hole wider just because you didn't get a true measurement from the corner post.
