Reflective Paint for Wood Signs

Does anyone know of a brush-on reflective paint I could use on a sandblasted cedar sign? I've never come across this particular need before. The paint would need to be yellow. I saw some reflective additives for paint, but what has worked for y'all?

Google reflective yellow line striping paint. Ya know, the kind they put the lines on all the roads.

your options are extremely limited here to google, and just take what's available to you.
however
reflective paint is disappointing and lends itself to a blotchy appearance and weak reflectability.
you can't just overlay reflective yellow onto the flat surface of the lettering? ...or does the whole sign need to be reflective yellow, in which case why sandblast it?
