Reflective vinyl recommendation, on vinyl Banner

I have a request to produce a banner with Reflective Vinyl for the letters and numbers. It is an outdoor banner and will be displayed year around in below freezing, and high summer temps. Any suggestions on the Reflective vinyl would be appreciated.

3M, oracal, arlon, FDC....... pretty much anything. Its going to be flapping around out in the wind, so don't be surprised if they come back with some complaints. Why reflective on a banner ?? Sounds counter productive.

We have used 3M 3290 on key banner before with no issues. It's meant for traffic signage but has a adhesive that will stick to anything basically.

Most reflectives stick really well, so whatever you want. It's a banner so they shouldn't expect to get more than a year from it anyhow.
