Removable VHB?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a VHB or similar tape, that will hold up small PVC signs, but will cleanly remove later with no damage to paint, drywall, etc.? Trying not to use 3M Command Strips, as some of these are very small, and we have a LOT of signs to put up, and just don't want the expense of the Command Strips tabs.

Removable tape <<<<<< (It is a link to click on that will take you to amazon and a description of the item. I guess we have to explain everything in detail these days.) It comes in clear, black, gray and white.

how small is small?

i guess you can always just put down some painter's tape and then VHB tape your signs to that?
issue with removeability, is that sometimes they just remove themselves before you intend

That's actually not a bad idea. Not sure when or where I would need to use that method, but I like it.

i've done this for charity events where they wanted me to figure out a way to mount the signs and banners we donated without damaging the wall. ...ugh.
ida just made phototex/fathead posterprints if i knew what they were really looking for, but we made it happen in a pinch.

This is what Displate does for mounting a magnet to your wall, before 'mounting' the steel print to the magnet. Just a large patch of decently removable vinyl, then vhb the magnet to that.

I've had good luck with this stuff, it's a foam tape with permanent adhesive on one side and removable on the other, I've removed it from painted drywall 3 months after install and it came off clean

Duraco makes all kinds of cool stuff, and if you contact them they will send a bunch of different samples in their pack.

Gee thanks... I didn't think of that. That's what I'm asking for recommendations of. A product name or brand that someone has experience with.
Yes, it is a link to a product we have used with great success. I guess that is why I don't post much. So many things are taken the wrong way.

Hey Canuck....is there a Canadian distributor? I've not heard of this, sounds like a great product. ( We used to make 'low-tack' tape by running the sticky side across our jeans before applying....is that not still a thing? :):big laugh:
